Martin Acres

Boulder’s Martin Acres Real Estate

Martin Acres neighborhood was built in the 1950s on land surrounding Martin Farm. The neighborhood was constructed for returning World War II vets and their families. There are currently about 1300 single family homes in Martin Acres, and three apartment complexes.

Today, the neighborhood attracts families, professionals, and students with its prime location and wonderful quality of life. And, these mid-size ranch homes with average size lots, allow for somewhat lower home prices.

Just east of Broadway, Martin Acres has easy access to miles of trails and Open Space. The Base Mar shopping center, several restaurants, and the University of Colorado are all near. So are NIST, NCAR, and NOAA. The Table Mesa shopping area with King Soopers, Whole Foods, the Southern Sun, Under The Sun, and more is near as well.

Martin Acres is in the coveted school district of Summit Middle School and Fairview High School. Creekside Elementary also serves Martin Acres.
