Their favorite home features are that they can…“build a fire and turn up (their) music and not affect (their) neighbors.” Mat also likes that, “We can’t be told by a home owner’s association that we can’t park our boat our front.” He also enjoys the privacy of the backyard, “Our backyard is like an amazing park. Perfect to play with our son in.”

When ask what he loves best about the home’s location, owner Mat says, “I love that when I get home at night, it’s our sanctuary. It’s quiet with such a relaxing, great vibe. The stress …from the day…just comes off of me.”

Mat also says, “Our location is so wonderful because we are 30 minutes to Denver, 15 minutes to Boulder, 30 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to Costco, Safeway, King Soopers, the YMCA.”  When dining out from this Lafayette home, there are so many easy options00you could head to Longmont’s Prospect Newtown neighborhood, downtown Lafayette, or Boulder .
