Brie Jones brings more than 20 years of experience in residential real estate and over 1,000 successful transactions to her role as Chief Operating Officer at The Bernardi Group. Since beginning her career in 2006 in Keystone, Colorado, Brie has built a reputation for operational excellence, strategic leadership, and an unwavering commitment to client service.

Her early career included working in sales for luxury developers in Steamboat Springs and the Vail Valley, where she gained valuable insight into high-end real estate and new construction. During the housing market downturn of 2008, Brie broadened her professional perspective by joining The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch as a concierge. This experience refined her ability to anticipate client needs and deliver exceptional service at the highest level—skills that continue to define her work today.

In 2019, Brie joined The Bernardi Group, where she quickly became instrumental in streamlining systems, strengthening internal operations, and supporting sustained team growth. As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees day-to-day operations, manages and mentors team members, and ensures that every transaction is executed with precision, efficiency, and care. Her leadership plays a central role in maintaining the team’s reputation for professionalism, consistency, and outstanding results.
