About Rachel Rasmussen

I am a Colorado Native and alum of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing.

My personal interest in real estate investment naturally led me to pursue my real estate license in 2017 so that I could share my passion and knowledge with others. Since then, I have worn many different real estate hats which give my buyers unique insight into a seller's mentality, structuring a competitive offer, and identifying value in the market.

I use my attention to detail, negotiation skills, extensive experience in hundreds of real estate transactions and inherent desire for excellence to provide my clients with the highest level of customer service. As a native and a longtime Boulder resident, I provide my clients with a comprehensive guide to Boulder and the larger front range and help them make well informed purchasing decisions based on their overall investment goals, price point, and lifestyle preferences.

In my free time I love to travel the world, hike, ski, and generally pursue adventure with my husband and two dogs in the beautiful mountains of Colorado.
