Pam says, “You can walk to Waneka Lake, a 147 acre recreational and wildlife refuge in the middle of town! Enjoy paddle boats, fishing, nature trails, playground, picnic area and more. ”
The home is also minutes to the Lafayette Rec Center and library. Is is “…convenient to everywhere, less than 5 minutes to Old Town Lafayette or Main Street Louisville, 15 minutes to downtown Boulder. Quick to 470 when you are going to DIA and Denver. Lafayette and Louisville are full of shops, food, music celebrations, and holiday parades,” explains Pam.
And Pam filled us in on local eats. “The Clubhouse (at the golf course) has a cute cafe with great fries, cocktails, and a super patio to gaze at the golfers and mountains.” An additional nearby favorite is 95A. Pam shares, “95A is one of the best restaurants anywhere, within walking distance or a few minute drive. In the same shopping area is a Morning Glory Cafe, a bakery, Mexican and pizza place. Nissi’s is also there and is a great music and dancing venue. The YMCA is across the street along with the Brewing Market coffee shop, The Walnut Cafe, a brewery, grocery and wine shops Boutique stores too!” Talk about a central location!
